I’M ANNA
I’m Anna Outkin, a Philly-based tattoo artist specializing in fine line and micro-realism tattoos, especially chrome and glass-inspired designs. My work focuses on soft detail, precision, and creating tattoos that feel both delicate and striking.
Before tattooing, I worked for years as a registered nurse before transitioning into tattooing during the pandemic and building a dedicated clientele in a private studio. In early 2022, I started tattooing full time, and since then I’ve had the opportunity to work with amazing clients and guest tattoo in cities like Los Angeles, New York City, and Miami.
Community is also a huge part of what I do. I’ve partnered with local businesses like LMNO and Next of Kin to host tattoo-inspired networking events, and I’ve spoken at Drexel University about the intersection of nursing and tattooing.
